New Zealand Diploma of Conveyancing (Level 6) Information
Conveyancing is no longer a career just for lawyers! Turn your interest in property and land law into a conveyancing career.
We are the only New Zealand provider authorised to offer this unique qualification. A few years ago conveyancing as a separate profession in New Zealand didn't exist. Then along came a law change which opened up this exciting new legal profession.
This diploma meets the requirements set by the New Zealand Society of Conveyancers and it enables graduates to specialise in the legal field involved in the transfer of residential and commercial property.
The course provides an understanding of the laws and systems governing property, land, finance, commerce and contracts.
