New Transportable Houses FOR SALE

Ever thought about looking at property. Toi Ohomai might have what you’re looking for with a range of relocatable houses from our Tauranga, Mokoia, Tokoroa and Whakatāne campuses.

Built by our New Zealand Certificate in Construction Trade Skills (Level 3) students, these dwellings are their main projects and are available for sale to the general public after completion. 

Construction of these houses begin in February and are ready for removal to whichever property you choose by November each year.

The quality of these builds can be assured. Students are supervised throughout the build process by our experienced staff, who are all current licensed building practitioners.
