How our apprenticeships work

  • Dedicated support: Each apprentice and employer is assigned an Apprenticeship Advisor who provides ongoing guidance and regular workplace visits.
  • Industry-experienced tutors: Our Apprenticeship Advisors are qualified educators who are also experienced tradespeople, offering both practical skills training and industry insight.
  • Flexible learning: Combine on-the-job training with online learning and assessments you can complete in your own time.
