Carolynn teaches on the Toi Ohomai Therapeutic and Sports Massage course, where she shares a wealth of industry knowledge and practical experience. With more than 30 years of experience in massage therapy, fitness, and rehabilitation, she brings a deep understanding of both the clinical and performance aspects of health and wellbeing.

Beginning her career in the massage industry in 1992, Carolynn established her own successful practice as a Remedial and Sports Massage Therapist. Over the years, she has worked extensively with a wide range of clients, from members of the general public to elite athletes competing at the highest levels. 

Her expertise has led to opportunities both nationally and internationally, where she has supported numerous New Zealand representative teams. In these roles, she has played a key part in enhancing athletic performance, managing injuries, and assisting with recovery and rehabilitation.
