A chance opportunity five years ago to attend a careers event with a friend opened the door for 21-year-old Katelyn London to become a Registered Nurse.
Kelly Talbot, a hard-working, straight talking Clinical Nurse Specialist at the Southern Cross Hospital in Rotorua and Student Nurse Educator at Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology’s Rotorua campus, was recently awarded the NZ Nurses Organisation’s Young Nurse of the Year Award.
