Selwyn Street Studios

The University of Waikato also have accommodation available to Toi Ohomai students at their new complex on Selwyn Street.

The University-managed complex consists of 88 standard and 3 accessibility studio rooms. Each floor has shared social spaces that provide stunning views across the harbour. Communal areas are located on the basement level and an attractive outdoor area is a great place to relax and enjoy the great weather that Tauranga is famous for.

You'll enjoy the privacy of your own fully-furnished studio room plus ensuite bathroom. Rooms include a bed, desk, chair, bookshelf, wardrobe, mini fridge and there's free Wi-Fi.
