Shuttle Booking Request Form

Use this form to request a shuttle from Auckland Airport to your accommodation.

• The shuttle service is a free complementary service for international students who have not studied at Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology before.
• The service is from Auckland Airport to Rotorua or Tauranga only, and the travelling time is between 3 and a half to 4 hours.
• You must submit this shuttle booking request form at least one week in advance and no later than 48hrs before your flight departs to guarantee your seat on the shuttle.
• If there are students with bookings confirmed in advance, one shuttle will depart each day at around 5.00pm. Students are advised to schedule their flights to arrive in New Zealand before 3.30pm.
• Bookings made with less than 48hrs notice, cannot be guaranteed.
• The drop-off address must either be a private residence or commercial accommodation. If it’s commercial accommodation, please make sure they can welcome you after hours.
• You must have a confirmed drop off address to submit this form. Note that our Toi Ohomai address is not an option.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will incur a 25% cancellation fee, payable by the student.
• Students who do not show up for the service will be charged the full shuttle fare.
• Any flight delays must be communicated as soon as possible via email to: [email protected] with your name, student ID and booking confirmation number 

IMPORTANT NOTES: 

1. Submitting this form does not confirm the booking. 
2. Shuttle confirmations will be sent approximately 5 days before your arrival date in New Zealand. 
3. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 4.30pm.

This form must be completed by the student, not the agent. 

Important Mandatory Requirement: Once you’ve submitted this form, you must email a copy of your flight itinerary to [email protected] and clearly state your name and Student ID number in the email.
