Do you offer any job placement?

This service is not offered in this course. However, we encourage our Real Estate ākonga (students) to volunteer in industry, attend Open Days and Careers Evenings, attend Open Homes and network out there in industry. We will discuss this in the tutorials. Occasionally we ‘advertise’ vacancies when Real Estate firms approach us.

Can I enrol and pay my fees in instalments?

No. We can't enrol you until we receive full payment of tuition fees in line with your offer of place.

How long does it take to complete each course?

Each of the three course takes six weeks. There is a two-week break between courses. This means that you will have completed the Certificate in a total of 22 weeks (including breaks).

What is the workload like?

The expectation is you invest around 25 hours per week on your Real Estate studies. This includes completing scheduled learning activities, your own reading and researching and note-taking, attending tutorials, and working on assessments.

When are the tutorials held?

Each Intake is a little different, but tutorials are held on weekdays. We offer day and evening timeslots on a weekly basis.
