How do I reset my password?

If you have registered for the Password Reset Portal, you can reset it yourself following the steps on our managing your login account page.

If you are not registered for the Password Reset Portal, you can contact the Toi Ohomai Library or the Toi Ohomai Information Centre on 0800 86 46 46, or via email to [email protected] or you can come into the library spaces during opening hours.

Please provide your student ID number so we can access your account and verify your information.
