Dr Angela Beaton

Angela is an experienced executive leader with a career spanning public, private, and not for profit sectors. She brings a depth of experience in academic leadership, organisational strategy, enterprise level planning, and transformation, consistently driving improvements in performance, quality, and outcomes.

Holding both an MBA and a PhD from the University of Waikato, Angela is also an alumna of the University of Sydney School of Public Health. She has held senior roles at Te Toka Tumai Health New Zealand, the University of Sydney, Waikato Institute of Technology, and the New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology.

Angela has led strategic initiatives that strengthen learner pathways, workforce capability, and regional development. She is recognised for her ability to build collaborative partnerships, and lead change in dynamic and evolving environments.
