Huia Lloyd (Ngāpuhi)

Huia Lloyd is the Executive Director - Tiriti Partnerships and Māori Success at Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology.

She brings extensive experience in Crown–Māori relations, capability development, and partnership frameworks, gained through senior roles at the Department of Conservation, including National Director, Treaty Settlements. Huia has also worked in Parliament and across the Pacific on conservation and community‑based initiatives. 

She is committed to embedding genuine Tiriti partnerships, strengthening organisational cultural capability, and advancing equitable outcomes for Māori across the tertiary education system.
