Workshop 5: Developing High Functioning Sports Teams: An Ecological Perspective

Modern sporting environments engage a range of support, from managers to masseurs. How can we optimise everyone’s contribution?

This interactive workshop will enable participants to explore high-functioning sports teams from an ecological perspective.

The focus will be on how each component integrates best into a broader system to optimise athlete development and performance.

Hints, tips and potential pitfalls will be identified and discussed.

This session aims to be applicable to under-10s football, professional teams, and everyone in between.
