MPTT is for Māori and Pasifika people aged between 16 – 40 years, enrolled and accepted into an MPTT eligible course. Gain valuable knowledge and skills, pathway onto an apprenticeship, employment or higher level of study.

- Pastoral care
- Work brokerage support to find work placements
MPTT does not cover specific course related costs – training materials, tools of trade… which have to be covered by the student.
Who can apply:
You must be:
- Māori or Pasifika
- Aged 16 – 40
- A New Zealand citizen or New Zealand permanent resident
- Enrolled in your chosen trade course
