Will is an experienced coach and coach educator who has worked with applied practitioners and coaches extensively in the UK. This includes with organisations and coaches such as the Premier League, Sport England, UK Coaching, Southampton Football Club, Manchester United Football Club, the English Cricket Board, Sport Waikato, New Zealand Golf, Waikato Chiefs amongst others.
His work primarily focuses on supporting coaches and coach educators to develop coherent pedagogical frameworks to support the development of athletes and participants.
